Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation from Bali Splendid Ocean. Tour details, pickup times, and final itineraries will be provided after confirmation.
Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may vary based on group size, travel dates, and service availability.
Each tour package clearly states what is included and excluded. All-inclusive packages may cover flights, accommodation, transportation, meals, and activities as specified on the product page.
Payments
Full or partial payment may be required to secure bookings, flights, hotels, and boat arrangements. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the services included in your booking.
- Free cancellation may be available if services such as flights, hotels, or boat charters have not yet been issued.
- Once flights, boat charters, or hotel vouchers are issued, cancellation fees may apply based on actual costs incurred.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure or for no-show cases.
Changes & Amendments
Requests for date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Bali Splendid Ocean reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to operational, safety, or weather considerations.
Weather & Force Majeure
Tours may be altered, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions,
natural events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Safety is always the top priority.
In the event of unexpected operational disruptions such as flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes, Bali Splendid Ocean will act in good faith to reasonably assist guests where possible.
Any assistance provided is not guaranteed and will be determined at the operator’s discretion based on the specific circumstances, availability, and third-party conditions at the time.
Travel Documents & Health
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents. Travelers should be in good health and inform us of any medical conditions prior to booking.
Liability
Bali Splendid Ocean acts as an organizer and coordinator of services. We are not liable for loss, injury, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local regulations.
